Biography - Francesco Liburdi

Prior to founding Electronic Links International, Inc. (ELII), Francesco Liburdi had positions with international companies such as Amphenol, Molex, Honda, and Lumberg, operating in the home networking, datacom, avionics, automotive, industrial, and medical markets. These positions ranged from product engineering, to sales and marketing director, with management of direct and indirect personnel and P&L responsibility. He has a vast domestic and international experience in the field of electronic components, with a strong OEM base

Francesco has actively participated in the formulation of new developments within the industry standard groups such as the IEEE 1394, POFTO, FIBRE CHANNELS, USB, and SFF. In addition he is the holder of patents in the optical and electrical fields.

Francesco holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from “G. Nicolucci” college in Italy and attended Political Science at the University of Rome, Italy, as well as Liberal Arts at BCC in Binghamton, NY.
